Sharada is a self-taught artist with a passion for watercolour, which she has practised for the past five years. She views painting as a deeply meditative process, a way to connect with her inner self. After a successful career in IT, she discovered her calling in yoga and has taught for the past decade, developing a programme tailored to modern, fast-paced lifestyles.
